Shipping policy

FEES

Shipping fees will depend on the print size and shipping destination.  They will be collected at checkout.  Depending on the final destination, prints will ship with either UPS or DHL.   

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Prints are shipped within 4-6 weeks from the sales window close date.  You will be notified via email when your order ships along with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments within the United States, the EU and the UK will not be subject to import duties or import taxes. Local/state tax may apply, and will be collected at checkout. Shipments to other countries may be liable to customs fees & taxes. In all cases as the buyer you will be responsible for any charges that do apply. The courier will notify you in this case, and will collect payment. Failure to pay duties and taxes where applicable will result in a delay to your shipment, and we will not accept returns on the basis of customs fees or taxes being applied.

RETURNS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS

If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply.

When placing your order, please verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are not delivered correctly because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.
